If you are interested in NLP or Hypnotherapy training click hereAs an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor who has practised in Exeter for the past 25 years, I offer a range of therapeutic approaches, including Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Ericksonian hypnotherapy to both individuals and couples.
I work on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
I am experienced in helping clients who have difficulties with the following issues and specialise in stress management, anxiety, panic attacks, post traumatic stress disorder and phobia.
In addition to counselling, psychotherapy, NLP and hypnotherapy, I also offer a coaching service for clients who are looking at career changes or issues associated with their employment, lifestyle balance and motivational strategies. If you are interested in learning more about NLP, I run Introduction Courses, workshops and Practitioner training.The next NLP Practitioner course for counsellors and therapists starts on 16th January 2010. This is an accelerated learning training over five weekends until May 2010. Please phone for details of this affordable and practical course. The aim of the training is to apply NLP to real life experience in the therapy room. My practice is in Exeter within easy reach of Torbay and West Devon as well as Sidmouth, Honiton and Exmouth in East Devon. I am based at St Davids Osteopathic Clinic, 1 Walnut Gardens, St Davids Hill, Exeter. This is within five minutes walk of St Davids Station and Central Station and has dedicated car parking space on site.
